At BloomChic, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
